I have also visited and received training at the factory where the Data Master CDM is built. The Data Master is the machine you blew into if you took a breath test at a Los Angeles County Sheriff Station I am also a member of the Intox ec/ir users group. As a member of this group, I have received training in the theory and workings of this machine. If you were stopped by the Los Angeles Police Department, this is the machine you blew into if you took a breath test. I have also received NHSTA training in Drug Recognition Evaluation (DRE). This is important in defending a DUI based on marijuana and or other drugs. I have received training in the theory and operation of the Alco--Sensor IV. This is the hand held machine that you blew into if you were given a breath test by the side of the road after you did your field sobriety tests. I am also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the California DUI Lawyers Association. These are the premier groups that are dedicated to helping their members achieve excellence in the field of defending those accused of DUI.
