Hours Of Operation

The courthouse is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except court holidays. Traffic Night Court is held every Thursday night in Department 63 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Customers must have preset court dates in order to appear - No walk-ins.

All DUI cases are prosecuted by the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office. Metro is a very large Courthouse that handles the majority of DUI cases that occur in the City of Los Angeles south of the Mullholland Drive and north of the I 105 Freeway.
