Alcohol Education Programs: DUI

3 month/30 hour program (AB 541) is imposed for a first offense DUI where the BAC is below .15

9 month/60 hour program is imposed for a first offense DUI where the BAC is .15 or higher or when the first time offender refused to take a chemical test.

18 month program is imposed for multiple offenders
